- Awesome shop, awesome people. I have had really bad luck with auto shops in the Hilo area. These other shops had been misdiagnosing the problems with my Jeep, doing the job wrong, and damaging my Jeep (cracked my rim, and scratched my paint). At CARRS I've been talking with Bryan.
